Is The Local Graze dedicated gluten-free?
YES! Everything is made from-scratch using premium gluten-free ingredients. In our dedicated gluten-free kitchen, there will never be cross-contamination with gluten!
Do you use almond flour or coconut flour?
We do not use either of these. Our flour is a nut-free, coconut-free, and gluten-free premium blend that has been processed and packaged in a dedicated gluten-free facility.
What brand of oats do you use for your oatmeal cookies?
We understand there is a high risk of cross-contamination with gluten in the production process of most oats. This is why we only use certified gluten-free oats from Bob’s Red Mill.
Is there someone I can talk to about custom touches on a pound cake?
Absolutely! We are always happy to chat with you to see if there’s a way we can bring your vision to life! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your ideas and any inspo pictures you have! *We will never copy someone else’s work, but we will do our best to creatively recreate something you will love!
When is payment due on custom orders?
Orders are confirmed only after payment is received. Payment is due within 48 hours of your invoice being sent. If left unpaid, after 48 hours, your invoice is subject to cancellation.
How far in advance should I place my order (both custom and online)?
All of our products are made to order, so the sooner the better! Currently, we need at least 2 days notice to prepare your order and have it ready for pickup. If you have a last minute need, feel free to call or email us for availability.
Do you offer any dairy-free options?
YES! Our delicious Oatmeal Cookies are both gluten-free and dairy-free.
Do you offer any nut-free options?
All of our products are produced on shared equipment and may come in contact with the following allergens: Tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, milk, soy, and coconut.
Do you offer any vegan options?
We do not offer vegan options at this time.
Can you ship?
We do not offer shipping at this time. All of our products are made to order, and to ensure freshness and food safety of our ingredients, we only offer pick-up from our store.
Do you deliver?
We do not offer delivery at this time, but we are hoping to offer local delivery in the future.
Do you offer gift cards?
YES! You can purchase an online gift card, but please be aware that it's only redeemable for online orders. If you'd like a physical gift card that can be redeemed at our storefront location, please visit us when we open.
Do you offer wholesale?
We will offer wholesale with our store's grand opening. If you hold a Georgia wholesale license/seller’s permit and would like more information and pricing, please fill out and submit our Wholesale Interest Form.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of fresh ingredients and necessary prep time, we cannot accept any returns, and there are no refunds if order is canceled within 72 hours from selected pickup day. No exceptions - Thank you for your understanding. Cancelation times vary with custom orders.
