Delicious gluten and sugar free cookies

As a gluten allergic, diabetic, I am always searching for something that tastes great and these cookies don't disappoint. You would never know they are sugar-free .... or gluten-free! With just the right amount of crunch from the pecans and perfect sweetness from the dark chocolate, I will be buying these again. And again. And again!
